Meditation is said to improve your overall quality of life. It is an ancient practice that teaches you to calm your mind and become conscious of the present moment. Meditation is something I have tried practicing in the past, putting on my headphones, sitting on a comfy cushion, lighting a scented candle and watching YouTube videos. But I never thought to look for meditation podcasts!
Strong Body Strong Soul is a podcast hosted by Maria Humphreys, who guides you through meditation techniques leaving you feeling calm and focused. Maria's voice is one where you instantly feel comfortable, you know the type of person you meet once but feel like you've known your whole life? The type where you can sense they are truly a kind and empathetic person, wanting to share all your secrets with? That's Maria. She shares her love and knowledge of meditation, personal stories and hosts guests to come on her podcast. She spreads joy and kindness, with many of her episodes being under 20 minutes they are a perfect pick-me-up or end-of-day relaxation and reflection!
