When I was growing up, all the extended family on my dad's side would get together every Thanksgiving. Like most families we would spend the day eating, playing games, and visiting with family we only saw once a year. My dad's two cousins though, would always find something to debate about. The brothers could argue about the sky being blue, one would always have to go against the other nearly taking the other's head off for even suggesting chocolate chip cookies should only be made with walnuts. When it was time to go home, everyone was exhausted from listening to the arguing but the brothers were all smiles, hugged goodbye, and promised to do it all again next year. Listening to Conspiring To Argue is a bit like Thanksgiving but with a lot more humor and a lot less wanting to scream.

Conspiring To Argue is hosted by Ted and JJ, two best friends who love to argue. Ted is the conspiracist and JJ is more of the realist. Though I'm sure Ted would argue that he too is a realist and that conspiracists are the ones seeking the truth. Each week they cover a different story, tell the facts of said story, give popular conspiracy theories, and then both argue their side.

Although they took a 5-year hiatus, they are back and cover all kinds of topics such as the Zodiac Killer and Jeffrey Epstein. You can go back and listen to their old episodes where they cover stories like the moon landing and Bigfoot. There's a lot to listen to, lots of facts to hear, and conspiracy theories to uncover. They do a great job of arguing but still being respectful ( unlike some of my family members:).

Both JJ and Ted make the podcast light and fun but still packed with information. JJ does a lot of the research for each episode and makes you feel like you are getting the full picture to best choose which side to be on. Their humor and personality come through in each episode and I guarantee after listening to one episode you will be hooked!

Conspiring To Argue is the perfect podcast for those interested in conspiracy theories or those who want to hear a different story told than the one you thought you knew. Ted and JJ are great hosts and keep you entertained and laughing the whole episode. Have you listened? Will you give them a try? What say you?
